Description
City Hall on the south bank of the River Thames and is located near Tower Bridge. The building is the HQ of the Greater London Authority which includes the Mayor of London and the London Assembly. The bulbous shape has earned its some risque nicknames, but it is more politely referred to as "The Onion". It is designed by Norman Foster, who also designed the rebuilt Reichstag in Berlin.
