Curved corridor with a partial view of a traditional Chinese architectural building in the Temple of Heaven complex in Beijing, China. The Temple was an imperial complex visited by Ming and Qing dynasty emperors. Constructed somewhere from 1406 to 1420.

I am Portland, Oregon based photographer. I am fascinated by many genres, but I particularly love travel and abstract photography. I immensely enjoy the process of taking images. It gives me an opportunity to slow down, immerse myself into the scene. I love that feeling of complete absorption, when you get into a flow, a zenlike, meditative state. I hope that my images convey this same sense of immersion and allow the viewer to feel similar emotions.
