North Falls, in Silver Falls State Park, in Oregon.
Silver Falls State Park, is a scenic treasure in the Pacific Northwest. Nestled in the foothills of Oregon’s Cascade Mountains, less than an hour east of the state capital of Salem, and couple of hours from Portland, the sprawling 9,200 acre property is the largest state park in Oregon. Its 8.7 mile canyon trail of ten falls along the banks of Silver Creek.

I am Portland, Oregon based photographer. I am fascinated by many genres, but I particularly love travel and abstract photography. I immensely enjoy the process of taking images. It gives me an opportunity to slow down, immerse myself into the scene. I love that feeling of complete absorption, when you get into a flow, a zenlike, meditative state. I hope that my images convey this same sense of immersion and allow the viewer to feel similar emotions.
